Shipping & Delivery

Estimated delivery timelines are provided at checkout. We are not liable for delays due to couriers, customs, or unforeseen circumstances. Additional costs may apply for international shipments.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

Returns or exchanges are accepted within 7 days of delivery, in unused condition with original tags and packaging. Custom-made items are non-returnable. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.

Payment Terms

We accept UPI, debit/credit cards, net banking, and wallets. Orders are confirmed only upon successful payment. Cash on Delivery is available only if specified.

Intellectual Property

All logos, designs, photographs, and content are owned by Craft Test and may not be used without written permission.
