Shipping & Delivery Policy

Shipping

Charges: Free shipping on all Craft Test orders across India.

Processing: Orders leave our workshop within 2 business days of confirmation.

Delivery: Usually 3–7 business days nationwide, depending on location.

Tracking: We’ll share tracking details via email/SMS once dispatched.

Delays: Delivery times may be affected by courier delays, adverse weather, address issues, or other unforeseen events.

Shipment Issues: For lost, damaged, or delayed deliveries, contact us within 7 days of receipt at support@crafttest.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Window: Return or exchange within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: Items must be in original condition, unused, and with all tags attached.

Eligibility:

• Exchanges for item or finish issues.
• Refunds issued as Craft Test Credit or to your original payment method.
• Faulty or incorrect items qualify for full replacement.

Exclusions: Items marked No Return/Exchange aren’t eligible unless defective.

Reverse Pickup: Available in most areas. Where not available, you may self-ship — we’ll reimburse return courier charges up to ₹200.

Refunds

Timing: Refunds via store credit or payment reversal are processed the same day we receive your return.

Prepaid Orders: Refund sent to original payment mode or as store credit.

COD Orders: Refunds issued as Craft Test Credit.
