Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Craft Test, we aim to ensure you are confident and satisfied with every furniture piece you choose. Our cancellation and refund policy is as follows:
- Order Cancellation
- Before Shipment: You may cancel your order any time prior to dispatch by contacting our support team at support@crafttest.com.
- After Shipment: Orders already dispatched or delivered cannot be canceled, except in cases of incorrect items or damage in transit.
- Refunds
- Eligibility: Refunds apply only if the item is returned unused, in original condition, and with all packaging intact. Customized items are non-refundable.
- Processing: Refunds are initiated within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned item and will be credited to the original payment method.
- Deductions: Any applicable payment gateway fees may be deducted from the refund.
- Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of receipt, following instructions in our Return & Exchange Policy.
- Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
- Non-Refundable Items
- Custom-built furniture and items marked as final sale.
